Restaurants Sign Up For Wrexham’s Eagles Meadow

Pizza Express and Frankie & Benny’s will join leisure anchor tenants Odeon and Tenpin at Wilson Bowden Developments 400,000 sq ft retail and leisure scheme in Wrexham ahead of its opening in October.
Pizza Express will trade from 2,500 sq ft, Frankie & Benny’s from 3,500 sq ft.
“With only 4 months to go before the launch of the scheme on October 30th, now is crucial time for us in securing tenants for the remainder of the units said David Wilford, Development Manager at Wilson Bowden Developments.
He added; Eagles Meadow also continues its appeal to some of the best high street retailers in the business partly due to its two key retail anchors; Debenhams (90,000 sq ft) and Marks & Spencers (55,000 sq ft). We are continuing to work closely with our agents Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman & Wakefield and will shortly be able to make further announcements of new lettings to both retail and leisure occupiers in the next few weeks”.
Leisure plays a key part in Eagles Meadow as part of the scheme’s aim is to enhance Wrexham’s evening economy. A deal with one further restaurant operator is due to be signed shortly.
